LEVEL 3

TEAM LEADER OPPORTUNITY

  • Earn 15-20% on sales
  • Earn 10% on Style Stations
  • Earn Variable on a sliding scale on direct group sales
  • Recruit and Manage a Team of Style Stations and Sales Consultants
  • Receive promotions directly and distribute

You need:

Qualifying sales of R25 000 for 3 months consecutively in order to qualify.

Top Performing Team Leaders are recognised annually:

1st R100,000 cash
2nd R50,000 cash
3rd R25,000 cash

HONEY TEAM LEADER TEAM COMPENSATION SCHEDULE
R25,000 - R50,000 = 16%
R50,000 - R100,000 = 21%
R100,000 - R150,000 = 22%
R150,000 - R250,000 = 23%
R250,000 and above = 24%
On discountable sales,
i.e. break points are
on total sales, but discount (variable)
is only on discountable sales.
TEAM LEADER PERSONAL SALES COMPENSATION
All personal Team Leader Sales = 20% or 15% plus Team Leader variable override.
